German-manufactured PVC double-glazed windows enhance thermal and acoustic comfort without altering the architectural expression. Outdoor spaces The central courtyard is anchored by a pool-jacuzzi, complemented by garden areas and a sunken terrace that offers an intimate yet connected outdoor experience. Location and surroundings Vista Antigua is a well-established residential community known for its order, privacy, and security, offering proximity to the Historic Center within a calm and organized setting. Current stage of construction Casa Limen is in an advanced stage of construction, with estimated completion in March.
